The CRI Environmental Team braved the elements on Sunday, September 7, 2025 to help clean up trash from part of the lake. The team members worked from two hours both on land and in the water to help make Newton Lake a nice place for people in the community. The team collected a couple of hundred pounds of trash from banks of the lake. Every enjoyed their service to the community so much they are going to try to get together next week and collect from other areas around the lake. Join them by following the mobilize link found here.
