On November 6th members of CRI with their children came together to make sandwiches to donate to a local food bank. 245 sandwiches to be exact!
Even teens saying they want to feel productive in this time of need. A sense of belonging and making a difference will keep our children driven to make an impact.
This post isn’t a humble brag. It’s meant to inspire. We truly believe anyone can do something small and still make a big difference.
With the shutdown dragging on and food insecurity growing, food banks are stretched thin. If you’re able, please consider donating directly to your local food bank or volunteering. They can often purchase exactly what’s needed at a much lower cost. Every bit really helps right now.
