Cooper River Indivisible joined an action organized by Pax Christi and Cosecha at the Newark courthouse on May 12th to protest the opening of an ICE Warehouse in Roxbury. As a result of months of activism, the DHS has halted the Roxbury ICE Detention Center project for now until an environmental assessment is completed.
