A. Join  CRI’s Rapid Response team  

1. Training and practice needed on R.R. team’s responsibilities and methods 
2. Organize and maintain RR hotline (need to coordinate with Cosecha and DIRE about this)

B.  Develop a list of people willing to accompany people to court hearings or immigration check-in

1. Training needed – research and schedule  
2. Develop a list of translators  – Delaney Hall really needs more Spanish speakers and we need bilingual people to accompany people to ICE check-ins, etc. 

C. Eyes on ICE

1. Delaney Hall – organize regular  trips to Delaney Hall  (We will put you in touch with the lead organizers up there)
2. Mt. Laurel Field Office  (needs assessment)
3. Organize actions at Ft. Dix (work with Bridge Brigade)
4. Organize actions at Citizens Bank, a major financier of Geo Group

D.  Street Team

1. Distribute red cards
2. inform businesses of their rights regarding ICE raids (room labeled private, etc. )

F.  Outreach/Communication:  

1. Maintain an updated list of immigration committee members. 
2. Create and maintain/update a platform for communicating with committee members in between formal committee meetings 
3. Divide list of names and numbers of people who have signed up for the immigration committee and reach out to them
4. Social Media, Discord, other ideas? 
5. Actions that educate the community about the contributions immigrants make to our communities?
