All of the events that CRI puts on need people like you to volunteer to help make the a success. This will be especially true for the No Kings 3 March and Rally. Below are the different volunteer roles that are available. Please go to this google form to let us know what roles you are willing to take on for this event.
- Safety Marshals – wear the yellow vests and help keep our No Kings event flowing and safe. All
volunteers will have de-escalation and safety marshal training before the event. - PATCO Ambassadors – help people get from the various PATCO stations to the No Kings event in Camden
– greet and direct folks at an assigned PATCO stations day of the event. - Rally Parking Ambassadors – Although we encourage people to take PATCO, there will be plenty of folks
who choose to drive. Fortunately, there will be plenty of parking and a need for volunteers to assist with
directing marchers and rally goers to and from parking locations. - CRI Gear Store Assistants – help organize, facilitate, and sell CRI No Kings gear (online store prior to the
No Kings event and in person during the event) - March Facilitators – help set up for the march and assist with organizing line up, getting it started, and
coordinating the flow - March Chant/Section Leaders – help keep the march flowing and energized by leading an assigned
section of the march in chants while keep them moving at a steady pace (making sure they’re not going
too fast or that gaps don’t form between groups of marchers). - Dance Captains/Leaders – We need dance captains to lead our dance party at the rally site! All that is required is enthusiasm and the willingness to dance near the stage and DJ — or wherever you feel inspired to — and invite the crowd to dance along. Joy is a form of resistance, and dancing is a joyful endeavor!
- Rally Greeters/Guides – Join our CRI puppets in greeting folks as the arrive at the rally and helping to
direct them to the various activities - Rally Activities Assistants – Assist with various rally activities
- Set-up and Break down Crews – Help kick off and wrap up this great event and join either the set-up or break down crew, or both!
