CRI’s Reproductive Rights Committee is charged with overseeing our chapter’s efforts to promote and defend abortion care and access to birth control. Issues that relate to women’s health more generally or intersectional concerns also fall under the purview of this committee.
The Reproductive Rights Committee serves as CRI’s monitor on important legislation at the state and federal level, acts as liaisons to other organizations like Planned Parenthood or local women’s centers, and engages in direct actions and mutual aid efforts like Post Abortion Care Kits.
