“A whole civilization will die tonight.” He’s not even bothering to lie poorly anymore. He’s not trying to hide or dance around the genocide. Our government continues to sink lower and lower every day we let it.

Thankfully, he did not have the support from the brave people in our military to see through this particular whim of this particular maniac. But that maniac is still in office, and that means our world is still not safe.

Let us be clear. We will not stop fighting. We will not stop pushing against this fascist. Whether he started the war to protect the credible evidence of child sexual abuse, or if he wants to take over the world, or if he just likes killing young people, the results are still the same. People will die. Our family and neighbors serving in our military will die so that Trump can continue his genocides to the benefit of no one but himself and his wealthy lapdogs.

But we cannot do it alone. We need YOUR help. The people are more powerful together, and there are several ways you can get involved in that power.

However you decide to help, know that you are part of a larger movement. At the end of the day you can look back and say you did good, and that you didn’t obey the most useful fascist command: Do nothing. If you do anything at all, know that you have a place in history as being against our fascist leaders, and because of that, America will live on.
