On Tuesday, January 6th members of CRI and other immigrant rights groups stormed the New Jersey State Capitol Building (No, not like that) to meet with their Assembly People to lobby for the passage of the Immigrant Protection Bills. Yesterday, CRI members helped get these bills out of committee and today they helped get them passed through the Assembly. Next stop is with the State Senate.
